Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.).

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within 48 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only. Expedited or overnight shipping options may not be available for these locations.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, if you need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team at dorinaturefarm@gmail.com
